Whitfield Bryson & Mason LLP is investigating potential claims that a major manufacturer of wood shingles allegedly has been selling defective products for commercial and residential use.
Maibec, Inc. is a Canadian-based company whose products have been installed in the United States in homes, businesses and other structures. The company has been selling products with alleged design flaws that purchasers have claimed cause the shingles to deteriorate, including cracking, warping, peeling and curling, during the warranty period, according to court documents.
Maibec, Inc., allegedly is aware of the problems, but continues to sell the products and does not honor its warranty guarantees.
If you’ve purchased Maibec products and want further information about whether you can make a claim for past or future damage due to decayed shingles or Maibec’s failure to honor its warranties, please call us toll-free at 1-855-WBM-ATTY (1-855-926-2889) or send email to email@example.com.
