Pella claims its Architect Series Windows are protected from wind, water, and flying debris, and claims their “EnduraGuard® triple wood protection” makes them resistant to moisture, decay, mold and mildew stains, and termite damage. However, homeowners have been reporting to us that Pella’s representations are false because they permit water damage and wood rot as seen below. Homeowners also claim that wood damage is often not noticeable until it is in advanced stages because of the windows’ aluminum cladding, resulting in some owners having to replace entire windows and frames. Our firm is currently investigating claims against Pella due to the alleged defects in its Architect Series Windows which permits damage to other components within the home.
If your home has Pella Architect Series of Windows, call us today to see if we can help. Don’t delay, as waiting too long can ultimately bar an otherwise viable claim.
